A historic moment as the first
Keralite to win a distinctive nationwide title The 19-year-old vintage
regulation student and version from Mavelikkara, Kerala, actually emerged in
the finale of the pageant in Jaipur on Sunday, Honey will now sweep from 5 different
pageants. representing India in the fifth and seventh editions of the Miss
Universe pageant in Puerto Rico in November, following in the footsteps of
year-end winner Manika Vishwakarma.
Final results and the jury
Kons saw strong performances
from contestants across the country. Tamil Nadu's Vaishnavi Ganesh secured the
first runner-up spot even as Gujarat's Anushree Satwalekar turned as the
nominated runner-up and also won Miss International India 2026.
The finalist is a former Miss Universe with
former Miss Universe India winner Urvashi Rautela and Selivald Jaitley
headlining. Last year’s titleholder Manika Vishwakarma returned to crown her
successor, adding a solemn touch to the occasion.
Early life and education.
Born in 2007, Kazia Liz Mazzo spent her formative years in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she attended Emirates National School, St Joseph’s School and Abu Dhabi Indian School. Her diverse cultural upbringing has contributed to her poise and cosmopolitan attitude, qualities that likely played a role in her fulfilling the competition.A versatile artist
Beyond academics and modeling, Kazia is an accomplished artist with more than a few creative skills. She has been trained in classical dance for 12 years and has shown an enormous dedication to the art form from a young age. Her creative abilities extend beyond dance, as she is also a professional singer and can play drums and violin.
In addition, she has explored public
speaking and performance, showing her versatility. She made her acting debut
within the Malayalam movie Shylock, also every other dimension of her growing
portfolio.
Competition trips and achievements
Kaziah’s path to the Miss Universe India crown has been marked by consistent success within the pageant and international sports. At just 17 years old, she won the title of Miss Teen Diva 2024, which signaled her potential early on. She eventually represented India in
Miss Teen International 2025, where she finished as the first runner-up,
gaining valuable international experience. Earlier this year, she was
introduced as Miss Universe Kerala 2026, becoming the youngest state champion
holder before her national victory .

With the national crown secured,
Kazia Liz Majo now faces her most precise task yet – representing India at the
global level at the 75th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico in November. As
the youngest winner and first from Kerala on competition records, she embraces
